Charlotte: Thank you for joining us Ben. Can you tell us a bit about Pecks Restaurant, especially the ‘dinner at 8’ menu, if people have yet to experience this.

Thank you for having me, Pecks is based just outside of Congleton in Cheshire & has been operating for over 36 years. We are an AA rosette restaurant who pride ourselves on delivering an experience to all guests. Our Dinner at 8 setting is a very unique evening. All guests are on one sitting, where we serve each course to every table. Between some courses we do food presentations, which involve our staff taking the dishes around to each table to give them a chance to see the dish before they order. The menu changes monthly, offering something new every month.

Charlotte: What incredible accolades and the Dinner at 8 is so unique and has to be experienced. You also have a great afternoon tea offering at Peck Restaurant. What do you think makes it special?

Our afternoon teas are special because everything you get on them is made fresh on the day. We offer two types of afternoon teas, Traditionals, including a selection of sandwiches, cakes and some savoury items. The Gentleman’s afternoon tea is more of a hot savoury tea, for those who haven’t got a sweet tooth. We offer a range of loose leaf teas or coffee to be served with each Afternoon tea.

Charlotte: That's great that you have the two options. I’d definitely choose the gentleman’s tea and my dad James would love the Traditiona and we both love loose leaf tea with our afternoon tea. Do you have a favourite Tea From The Manor and why?

My personal favourite is the Passionfruit, Guava & Mango tea as it contains rich, earthy flavours of tea, with a sweet tropical twist. We have even created a cocktail using that tea.

Charlotte: I need to try that cocktail! That tea is one of my favourites too, especially as an iced tea. Apart from the Passionfruit, Guava & Mango tea why do you use Tea From The Manor?

Tea From The Manor have always provided excellent service. From putting an order in to the delivery, nothing seems like too much trouble for the team. The quality of the tea is also a big reason we use Tea From The Manor.

Charlotte: Thank you so much, we love that you are as passionate about quality products as we are. Apart form quality food and drink could you tell us why you think people should visit Pecks Restaurant?

I believe that people should come to Pecks as our evening meals are an experience. The layout of the meal is unlike many restaurants & I believe that everyone should try it at least once. The quality of food speaks for itself & we pride ourselves on having excellent service

Charlotte: We can’t wait for the place to be full again once all restrictions are lifted.

I think that after the past year we have all had, we can’t wait to continue welcoming guests, new or old, to the restaurant. Our house speciality dessert the Rum & Raisin cheesecake is a must try for everyone!
